To perform the fingerprint signing in the Android mobile device in the pre-production environment with eMudhra as ESP (Esigning Service Provider) you need to install the eMudhra sandbox application from Google Play.

This documentation provides comprehensive guidance on how users can download the eMudhra Sandbox application from the Google Play Store.

Step 1: Please get in touch with your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to get the credentials to access the eMudhra Sandbox App.

Step 2: The account manager will provide the email ID and password along with the eMudhra sandbox app link.

Step 3: Open the Google Play store. Click on the "Profile Picture" which is in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4: An interface will appear which will include all the Gmail account login into the device. Click on the “add another account option”.

Step 5: Click on the “Google account”.

Step 6: A checking info page will appear asking for the device password. Enter the device password and click “Continue”.

Step 7: Enter the email ID shared by your Account Manager. Click “Next”.

Step 8: Enter the password shared by the account manager. Click “Next”.

Step 9: Agree on the terms and conditions. Click the “I agree” button.

Step 10: Once the email is logged in to the device. Open Play Store. Click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen. Click on the down arrow. Select the email ID that your account Manager has shared with you or the email that you have recently logged in.

Step 11: Click on the eMudhra sandbox app link shared by the account manager. The eMudhra sandbox app will appear on the Play Store. Click on the "Install" button.

Step 12: You have successfully downloaded the eMudhra sandbox app and you are ready to perform the fingerprinting signing in the pre-production environment in the mobile device with eMudhra as ESP.
