Here’s a breakdown of the statuses for both the Contract and the Signer:

Contract Status

All the statuses associated with the contract are listed below:

Status

Description

INITIATED

The initiator has initiated the contract for signing. OR The initiator has initiated the contract for the reviewers to approve before signing.

PENDING

The signing process has begun, and one or more reviewers have approved the contract OR The signing process has begun, and one or more signatories have signed the contract.

EXPIRED

The contract was not signed within the allotted time frame, rendering it expired.

REJECTED

The reviewer has rejected the contract.

DELETED

The contract has been manually deleted by the initiator before it was signed by any of the signatories.

COMPLETED

All required signatories have successfully signed the contract.

CANCELLED

The contract has been cancelled by the contract Initiator.

Signer Status

All the statuses associated with the signers are listed below:

SUCCESS

The signatory has successfully signed the contract.

PENDING

The signatory has not completed the signing.

FAIL

The signing attempt was unsuccessful due to validation issues
