To utilize the biometric device during the signing process, you must establish a connection between the device and your computer, and then proceed to download the required drivers. This section outlines the necessary steps to prepare the Mantra MFS 100 device for eSign journeys. Here is a step-by-step process to download and install the Mantra MFS 100 driver on a Windows laptop/desktop for biometric-based eSign.
Step 1 - Ensure your Windows based laptop/desktop is connected to the internet and powered on.
Step 2 - Open a web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) and go to the webpage - http://download.mantratecapp.com/Forms/DownLoadFiles. It lists down the links of all the drivers for Mantra devices.
Step 3 - Locate the driver/software download link for "WINDOWS Download MFS100 Client Service". Once you click on download button for "Download MFS 100 Client Service (9.0.3.8)", it will initiate the downloading process.
Step 4 - Once the download is complete, navigate to the "Download User Manual" and download the user manual. The user manual can also be downloaded from this link - https://download.mantratecapp.com/web/MFS100ClientService_Secure_Installation_Manual.pdf
Step 5 - During the installation of the MFS 100 client service, it will also prompt you to install the MFS 100 driver and you should install MFS 100 driver also.
Step 6 - After completing the driver installation, a window for the MFS 100 Test Application will appear. To proceed, click on the "Initialize" button and then select "Start Capture." This action will activate the biometric device, causing it to emit a flashing light.
Step 7 - Position your finger onto the scanner of the device, and you should observe an image of your fingerprint displayed within the white box of the MFS 100 Test Application window.
Step 8 - To finalize the client service setup, click on the "Finish" button. This will complete the configuration process.
Congratulations! You have now successfully downloaded, installed, and configured the Mantra MFS 100 driver on your Windows based laptop/desktop for biometric-based eSign. You can now proceed with using the device for your desired eSign journeys.
You are now ready to access the signing link on your laptop. When you navigate to the biometric signing page, Signzy will automatically detect the presence of your biometric device

To use the WBF drivers, it is necessary to enable the Windows Biometric Service. It is important to note that the Windows Biometric Service might not be enabled by default on the Windows Server operating system.
Step 3 - Find the download link for "Secugen WBF Drivers Installer" and click on the download button to start the download process.

Step 5 - After the driver installation is complete, place your finger on the scanner of the device. You should see an image of your fingerprint displayed.
