Bank Admins can configure various types of questionnaires for conducting Video KYC processes. These questionnaires help ensure user verification and liveness check.
- Random number generation for user verification: Do you want to generate random number for this instruction? Users are presented with a randomly generated 4 digit number that they must read out to verify their presence and authenticity during the Video KYC process. For example: Please speak out 6534
- Text-based questions: When the option for generating random numbers is disabled, this type of question can be configured. These questions prompt users to provide responses, ranging from simple queries to detailed explanations. For example: What is your Name?
- Questions that prompts users to provide some sort of images: This configuration can be used for multiple purposes such as:
- Obtaining customers Officially Valid Documents (OVDs).
- Collecting customers images for identification purposes.
- Capturing customers signatures for authentication and verification.
- Enable screenshot If enabled, agent needs to mandatorily have the screenshot captured for the particular instruction, which will be saved for further verification.
- Is ID card required? If enabled customer and agent both will get a frame, within which user needs to place their identity card and agent need to confirm whether it is placed correctly.
- Is instruction mandatory? If checked this particular question can not be skipped.
- Do you want face match for this instruction? When enabled, the agent will receive a face match score after comparing the image on the uploaded identity card with the image variable provided for this purpose during the journey creation.
We can set question as mandatory only if screenshot is enabled.
This option is available for all three types of questions. Enabling this feature prompts the agent to provide real-time feedback on the specific question based on the customer's response.
