Instruction Page

This page comes up to the user befor the Video KYC call is started, this contains some information for the user to know about the VIdeo KYC process. This setting contains three options:

  1. No instruction Page : Disabling Instruction Page option If enabled no instruction will be shown to the customers.

  2. Default Instruction Page : If enabled, the default predefined instruction page will be shown to the user.

  3. Custom Instruction Page : Disabling the above two options will bring you to custom instruction setting.
  • Instruction Title: The title for each instruction is entered here.
  • Instruction Body: The instruction is described in the body section.
