A subpage is a pop-up page that can be added to a page that appears when we click on a certain widget. A subpage can be added to the main page if any extra information about the element, the website, or any other section needs to be added.
- In the GO Admin Portal, click on 'Create new page'.
- Select the country and click on 'Proceed'.
- Give a name to the subpage that you are creating and turn on the 'Make as Subpage' toggle.
Subpage configuration options
- When the toggle is enabled more options appear below.
- Disable Subpage Header: On turning on this toggle, we can disable the header of the Subpage.
- Subpage Style: Under this section, various options are present which can be enabled or disabled by clicking on the toggles:
- Enable mobile phone layout on desktop view: You can enable mobile phone layout on the desktop view.
- Enable background opacity: When a subpage appears as a popup, then the main page blurs out. This toggle can help select the opacity of the background when a subpage is triggered. The amount of opacity can also be selected according to the requirement.
- Enable curved edges: We can also choose how curved we want the popup to be by clicking on the 'Enable Curve Edges' toggle and selecting the radio buttons that appear.
- Subpage Background Colour: The background colour of the subpage can be selected from here.
- Subpage Header Background Colour: The background colour of the subpage header can be selected from here.
- Enable secondary button(Back Button): We can also enable a secondary button(Back Button) by turning on this toggle.
- Enable close icon to the subpage: By clicking on the 'Enable close icon' on the subpage, a close button can also be added. We can also choose whether the button should be on the left or right side of the subpage.
- After selecting the options click on the 'Proceed' button.
Subpage can be created only using the Forms V2 Widget
- After adding all the required elements click on the 'Create screen' button.
- Create the main page on which the subpage has to be triggered.
- The subpage can only be triggered on the main page by adding certain elements like Checkbox, Toggle, and Radio Button.
Trigger Subpage toggle
- Enable the Trigger Subpage Toggle and select the name of the subpage that you have created from the dropdown option. Click on 'Add' to add this element.
- After selecting all the required options click on the 'Create Page' button.
