The Checkbox is shown as a square box that when activated is ticked(checked). A user can choose one or more options from a fixed set of possibilities by using Checkboxes.

- Label Text: Label text is entered here.
- Minimum checked required: The minimum number of options that can be checked in our checkbox is mentioned here.
- Maximum can be checked: The maximum number of options that can be checked in our checkbox is mentioned here.
- Hint text: This is used so that the user can better understand what the element is used for.
- Prefix icon name: The desired prefix icon can be configured from here. It can be used from Google fonts and icons and also from other sources.
This is used to select when to enable the variable depending on the condition such as:Β
- To enable when the current variableβs value exists.
- To enable when the current variableβs value is defined.

- Prefill Page: The page from the flow that we want to pull the prefill data can be chosen.
- Prefill Variable: The prefill variable can be chosen from the prefill page using this drop-down.
- Prefill Page for Rule Variable(Arithmetic): This dropdown is used to select the rule page forΒ prefill items.
- Enter variable name: This is used to enter the prefill rule page variable.
- Variable Name: The variable name can be configured to identify the element.
- Option display text: The text to be displayed for the option can be configured from here.
- Option value: The value for the variable can be configured from here.
- Hint Text: This is used so the user can better understand what the element is used for.
- Add icon or emoji: Icons or emojis can be added as a prefix or suffix to the checkbox option(s) too to give visual appeal to the input elements. Whether an icon, emoji, or none has to be added can be chosen by selecting the radio button. It can be used from Google fonts and icons and also from other sources.

- Trigger Subpage Toggle: This toggle can be enabled for triggering a subpage by selecting the subpage from the dropdown.
- Link icon with FAQ & Articles (Help Section): By enabling this, the icon can be linked to the FAQ & Articles(Help Section).
- Hide label: Enabling this hides the label text from the user's view.
- Required: To make the check option required, this toggle can be enabled.
- Non-Editable: The user wonβt be able to edit the field options if this toggle is enabled.
- Conditional Enable Disable: If the element is non-editable this feature will make it editable and if the element is editable this feature will make it non-editable based on the condition. Select the page and the variable on that page. Then choose from the conditions, i.e., 'When Above Variable's Value Exist's or 'When Above Variable's Value is', and choose the value of the variable for the second condition. So, when the value of the chosen variable on the selected page exists or has a certain defined value based on the condition, then this element, here, the checkbox can be enabled/disabled. (Note: This is not implemented yet in the RM app)

- Checked: To make the option of the checkbox checked by default, this toggle can be enabled.
- ο»ΏEnable backops users to editο»Ώ: This toggle enables backops users to edit the field and override the customer's input.
- Hide this element from user: By enabling this, the checkbox element can be hidden from the userβs view.
- Action on checkbox: Enabling this toggle, will result in a popup text window which can be configured from HTML Editor or Basic HTML. An event handler button can be configured which will trigger the action on selecting the checkbox.
