Questionnaire Setup
In this section, we setup tailored questionnaires essential for verifying individual identities via video verification. These questions will be displayed to the end user to provide input on their own without a need of any assistance. These questionnaires are integral to the verification process, serving as prompts displayed on the user's screen during their verification session. Customer provides necessary responses, which are securely stored for compliance and subsequently for verification by agents.
For Unassisted Video KYC, users can customize questionnaires using the following question configuration elements, as detailed below.
Users are required to speak out the numerical digits displayed on their screen, which are then validated using voice recognition technology. The configuration of this question can be adjusted to either mandatory or optional.
Enables users to capture, crop, and upload their PAN card image, verifying various aspects like image quality, classification, and forgery on the basis of validations enbaled/ disabled in this configuration; configurations such as:
- Screenshot Requirement: Determines if capturing a screenshot during the PAN card submission is necessary.
- ID Classification Check: Validates the type/classification of the ID card being submitted by the user.
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition): Extracts and verifies PAN card details against the user's provided information.
- Facematch Verification: This feature involves capturing a live image of the user for comparison with the previously uploaded PAN card image, eventually providing a score that assists bank representatives in the verification process once the unassisted journey is completed user gets connected with bank representative for verification.
- PAN Signature & Face Extraction: Extracts and verifies signature and face images from the PAN card for validation.
Configures single-choice questions for users to answer. A maixmum of 4 options can be configured.

These questionnaire settings are integral to the identity verification process, allowing for a variety of questions and validations to ensure the authenticity of users during the verification journey.
- A maximum of 20 questions can be configured.
- Questions under OTP and PAN widget categories can be configured only once.
- Users have the flexibility to set all questions as either mandatory or optional for responses.
