Journey Overview
End user embarks on the Unassisted Journey, with a series of essential steps taken to ensure a seamless process. These steps involve prerequsite checks, completing a series of questionnaire, transferring data for verification, and performing additional tasks to facilitate a successful transition to the assisted journey. Let's break down these steps for a clearer understanding.
Before the end user begins the Unassisted Journey, certain prerequisite checks are conducted.
- Camera: It verifies if the unassisted portal can use the browser's camera. If permission is lacking, it prompts the user to grant access.
- Microphone: It checks if the unassisted portal can access your browser's microphone. If permission is not granted, it will ask you to allow access.
- Internet Connectivity: It checks for a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 1 Mbps. If the speed is insufficient, it prompts you to improve the connection.
- VPN Check: Verifies secure connections by checking for VPN usage. If a VPN is detected, the check fails, and this popup appears on the screen.
- Location Check: Conducts a quick location check, ensuring the unassisted portal has microphone permissions. If not, prompt users to grant access.
During the Unassisted Journey, users encounter a diverse set of questionnaires designed to gather essential information.
These questionnaires include various question types such as OTP verification, PAN widget input, image capture tasks, single-choice queries, and open-ended questions. The responses provided by users in these questionnaires play a crucial role in the verification process and help streamline the transition to the assisted journey.
