  1. Partial Data Submission: During the Unassisted VKYC process, users have the flexibility to seamlessly switch to the Assisted Journey by selecting 'Connect with Banker' midway. In this transition, the system intelligently saves the filled data, transferring partial information from the Unassisted to Assisted Journey for verification. If the feature is disabled, no data is stored during the transition.
  2. Domain Configuration: By configuring a custom domain, organizations can seamlessly integrate our product into their existing online environment, it allows users to access the product using a web address that aligns with their organization's identity.
  3. Call Expiry Configuration: Sets the duration for expiry of the link generated for Unassisted VKYC. This time constraint is implemented as a security measure to reduce the risk of fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the video KYC link. The expiration time range is adjustable from 1 to 48 hours.
  4. Language Options: Allows runtime language translation, enabling multilingual support during the call for enhanced user accessibility. 
  5. Location Configuration: Manages country whitelisting and VPN check options, ensuring compliance and security by regulating access based on geographic locations.
