Flows
Overview
A Flow is your reusable verification blueprint: which countries and ID documents you accept, whether you require a liveness/selfie check, whether you screen against watchlists, your branding, and what user details to collect. Every Journey runs against a Flow.
Viewing your flows
Open the Flows tab to see every flow you've created:
- Search by flow name or ID.
- Filter by flow type or region.
- Each row shows the flow's name, type, how many journeys have run through it, and when it was created.
Creating a flow
- Click New flow.
- Work through the setup steps (the exact steps shown depend on the region and flow type you pick):
- Flow Selection — choose a region and a flow type
- Basic KYC
- Basic KYC + AML
- Advance KYC
- General — name your flow.
- Branding — upload your logo and favicon, shown to users during verification.
- User Details — choose which personal details to collect from the user.
- Countries — choose which countries' ID documents you'll accept.
- Document Analysis — choose which document types are accepted per country.
- Selfie Analysis — enable liveness/face-match checks, if needed.
- AML Screening — enable watchlist screening, if needed.
- Decision Engine — enable automatic decision engine configuration, if needed
- Click Create Flow on the final step.
Editing or duplicating a flow
From a flow's row, open the actions menu:
- Edit Flow — opens the same step-by-step setup to change any configuration.
- Duplicate Flow — creates a copy (named "Flow Name (Copy)") as a starting point for a variant, without altering the original.
