End User Journey

The One Touch KYC process is designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for end users, ensuring their identity verification is quick and secure. Here is a detailed step-by-step journey from the perspective of the end user:

The journey begins with the user giving their consent to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the KYC process. This step ensures that the user is aware of and agrees to the policies governing the use of their personal data.

Next, the user selects their nationality or the country of the ID they possess. They also choose the type of document they wish to use for verification, such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport.

The user then proceeds to the document verification stage, where they are prompted to upload pictures of the front and back sides of their chosen document. This step is crucial for capturing the necessary information needed for verification.

Signzy’s advanced technology verifies the authenticity of the uploaded document using a combination of AI algorithms and fraud detection techniques. This comprehensive verification process ensures that the document is genuine and has not been altered.

Upon successful document verification, the user is prompted to perform a liveness check. This step typically involves the user capturing a live image or video to confirm that they are physically present and not using a static image.

Finally, Signzy’s system compares the live image or video from the liveness check with the photo on the user’s ID card. This face match ensures that the person undergoing the KYC process is the same as the one in the uploaded document.

By following these steps, One Touch KYC provides a secure and user-friendly process for identity verification, ensuring that users can complete their KYC requirements quickly and efficiently.
