Whatsapp Configuration
The WhatsApp message that will be sent to the merchant for correspondence, during different stages of the onboarding journey can be customized here. The 'Whatsapp' toggle button needs to be enabled to use WhatsApp as a medium of communication during the journey.
There are two radio buttons to choose the option that can be used for configuring the WhatsApp message as per requirement.
This option can be used to customize the WhatsApp message that will be sent to the customer during the various steps/events of the journey. When this option is chosen, Signzy’s default account will be used for WhatsApp communication.
WhatsApp credentials can be configured here by entering the HSM(Hardware Security Module) account credentials that are registered with the vendor.
The configuration can be done in a few simple steps by entering the 'Gupshup User ID'( Gupshup is Signzy's current WhatsApp vendor), then entering the 'Gupshup Account Password' associated with the user ID and clicking on the 'Update' button.
