SMS Configuration
The SMS that will be sent to the merchant for correspondence, during different stages of the onboarding journey can be customized here. The 'SMS Required' toggle button needs to be enabled to use SMS as a medium of communication during the journey.
There are two radio buttons to choose the option that can be used for configuring the SMS as per requirement.
This option can be used to customize the SMS that will be sent to the customer during the various steps/events of the journey. Signzy’s default parameters are automatically applied to the SMS when this option is chosen.
A webhook is a way for applications to communicate with each other in real time. It is a mechanism that allows one application to send data to another application whenever a specific event or trigger occurs.
This is used for configuring n8n workflow webhooks. These workflows can have third-party email/SMS services integrated within n8n and their workflows can be triggered when a certain event happens (e.g. application creation, acceptance or rejection, etc.)
The webhook can be configured from the 'Configure Webhook' option in a few simple steps. All we need to do is enter the webhook URL, enter the sender ID in the 'From' textbox, and click on the 'Update' button.
The SMS template can be customized for the SMS that will go out to the onboarding customer when a particular event is triggered. It can be customized by filling in the required details in the specified fields and clicking on the 'Update' button. (Custom here means using Signzy SMS service but with a template registered by a different entity)
- Template Id: For every SMS that is sent, a template needs to be registered with our DLT subscriber (telecom companies like Airtel, Jio, etc.). A template ID is given by these DLT subscribers associated with the message that will be sent out to the onboarding customer.
- Entity Id: The entity ID associated with the DLT(Distributed Ledger Technology) registration is entered here.
- Entity Name: The entity ID associated with the DLT registration is entered here.
- Message: The message specific to a particular event that is sent to the onboarding customer is entered here.
