Assignment Bucket

Assignment Bucket can be used for tagging back office users to a particular branch. The bucket contains a list of branches that are assigned to the back office users. This bucket is defined by uploading an xls sheet with the names of branches (preferably with no special characters). The bucket is also used to pass on 'skills' for RE agents during a VCIP call.

Once a bucket is defined, a new dropdown 'Fields' is visible on the Onboarding Link screen within the back office, and the same can be passed in the Create API request body with the key 'field'.

The existing bucket can be edited as well as deleted. There is also the option to 'Search' from the bucket. The list can be downloaded and new ones can be uploaded by uploading an xls file with the required fields.

The 'Help' option is there to make sure that in case of any issue in uploading the file, it can be crosschecked that all the requirements are fulfilled for uploading the xls file.
