Customer Funnel
The Customer Funnel page in the Analytics Portal provides a high-level summary of the customer onboarding process, offering insights into key performance metrics. This page is essential for understanding how effectively customers are progressing through the onboarding stages and where potential issues may arise.
The Product Performance tab provides a summary of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the onboarding process. It helps users quickly assess the overall health of their onboarding process by displaying key metrics like overall onboardings, accepted onboardings, rejected onboardings, inactive onboardings, and tasks due with back-office or merchants.
The following KPIs are shown in the Product Performance Analysis:
- Overall Onboardings: Displays the total number of onboarding processes initiated within the selected time frame.
- Accepted Onboardings: Shows the number of onboardings that have been successfully completed and accepted.
- Rejected Onboardings: Indicates the number of onboardings that were rejected during the process.
- Inactive Onboardings: Tracks the number of onboardings that have been initiated but not completed within the expected timeframe.
- Due with Backops: Displays the number of onboardings pending actions from the back-office team.
- Due with Merchant/RM: Shows the number of onboardings pending actions from the Merchant or Relationship Manager.
The Performance Analysis section provides a deeper breakdown of product performance based on onboarding volume. This section includes a chart representing the distribution of onboarding volumes across different products or onboarding flows.
This helps users understand which products or flows are most popular or successful, allowing for data-driven decisions on resource allocation and process improvements.
The Acquisition Analysis section provides insights into customer acquisition performance, focusing on regional data and onboarding types. This section includes:
- By Region: A bar chart displaying the number of onboardings by geographical region. This allows users to analyze regional trends and performance, identifying strong and weak areas in terms of customer acquisition.
- By Onboarding Type: A pie chart showing the distribution of onboardings by type, such as RM or DIY. Provides insights into the effectiveness of different onboarding approaches, helping users optimize strategies for different customer segments.
