The Analytics Portal is designed to equip managers with the necessary tools to make informed decisions. It offers streamlined access to MIS reports and dashboards, providing essential insights for monitoring product performance, assessing risks, and optimizing operations.
This guide will walk you through the initial steps to get started with the Analytics Portal, ensuring you can make the most of its features right away.
- Customer Funnel: Explore detailed analytics on how customers progress through your onboarding process, identifying key stages where they drop off or successfully complete the journey.
- Journey Analysis: Delve into the entire customer journey from the first interaction to final onboarding, with insights into touchpoints, duration, and success rates, helping you optimize each step.
- Sales Officer Productivity: Analyze the performance of your sales officers by tracking metrics such as onboardings initiated, completed, and conversion rates, allowing you to identify top performers and areas for improvement.
- Backoffice Productivity: Monitor the efficiency of your back-office teams in handling and processing onboarding requests, with detailed metrics on task completion times, bottlenecks, and overall productivity. The landing page is Customer Funnel, which is an overview page what is the dropoff in front end journey.
Each page also has the following options to help users easily obtain relevant data.
- Product Filter: Allows users to narrow down the metrics based on specific products or services offered such as product (savings account, current account etc.), channel (DIY, RM) and duration (monthly, yearly). Simply click on it and start typing the filter name or alternatively, you can select one from the multiselect dropdown.
- Duration Filter: Provides options to view data for various time periods, including predefined options like βLast 30 daysβ or βLast 5 yearsβ
- Export Functionality: Located at the top-right corner, this button enables users to download the data displayed on the Customer Funnel page in the form of a csv file allowing for offline analysis or reporting.
