Step 5 - Displaying Agreement Documents To Signers

8min

There are two options to digitally display or send the agreement documents to all signatories in the digital signing workflow. They are:

Load on the fly

The load on the fly workflow aims to show the agreement document to signers through the mobile/web apps of the parent integrator. The signers begin the preview and signing process by accessing the mobile/web apps of the parent aggregator. All the scenarios are:

Single Signer

Here is a step-by-step process flow for the Parent Integrator:

  • The parent integrator generates the agreement document for signing.
  • The parent integrator sends an API request to Signzy's systems to obtain the signing URL link.
  • The parent integrator opens the signing URL link within an iframe/webview in their mobile/web applications.
  • The signer initiates the signing process by clicking on the signing URL link.
  • The signer completes the signing on the parent integrator's mobile/web applications.
  • The signed agreement PDF is sent to the parent integrator through a callback URL or using the Pull Contract API.
  • The parent integrator receives the signed agreement PDF.
  • The parent integrator can provide the signer with a link to download the signed agreement PDF on their mobile/web applications.
  • The signer is prompted to download the signed agreement PDF for future use.

In summary, the process involves generating the agreement, obtaining the signing URL, signing the document within the parent integrator's mobile/web applications, receiving the signed document, and providing a link for the signer to download the signed agreement PDF.

Multiple Signer

Here is a step-by-step process flow for the Parent Integrator when dealing with multiple signers:

Sequential Signing

For sequential signing, the process is as follows:

  • The parent integrator creates the agreement document.
  • The parent integrator requests a signing URL link from Signzy's systems, specifically for the first signer.
  • The parent integrator displays the signing URL link to the first signer using an iframe or webview in their mobile or web applications.
  • The first signer clicks on the signing URL link to begin the signing process.
  • The first signer completes the signing on the parent integrator's mobile or web applications.
  • The parent integrator receives the signed agreement PDF, which includes the first signer's signature and a signing URL link for the second signer.
  • The parent integrator allows the first signer to download the document with their signature.
  • The parent integrator displays the second signing URL link to the second signer using an iframe or webview in their mobile or web applications.
  • The second signer clicks on the signing URL link to initiate the signing process.
  • The second signer completes the signing on the parent integrator's mobile or web applications.
  • These steps are repeated for all the signers.
  • Once all signers have signed the agreement, the final signed agreement PDF is sent to the parent integrator.
  • The parent integrator can provide a link for all signers to download the signed agreement PDF.
  • All signers are prompted to download the signed agreement PDF for future use.

Parallel Signing

For parallel signing, the process is as follows:

  • The parent integrator creates the agreement document.
  • The parent integrator requests a signing URL link from Signzy's systems for each signer.
  • The parent integrator shares the signing URL link with all signers simultaneously, either through an iframe or webview in their mobile or web applications.
  • Signers click on the provided signing URL link whenever convenient for them to start the signing process.
  • Signers complete the signing process within the parent integrator's mobile or web applications.
  • The parent integrator receives the signed agreement PDF, including the signer's signature.
  • The parent integrator allows signers to download the document with their signature.
  • After all signers have completed the signing, the parent integrator receives the final signed agreement PDF.
  • The parent integrator can provide a link for all signers to download the final signed agreement PDF.
  • Signers are prompted to download the signed agreement PDF for future reference.

Send in Email/SMS/WhatsApp

In this workflow, the agreement document link is shared with signers through various communication channels such as email, mobile SMS, and WhatsApp. Signers receive messages containing the document signing URL along with a clickable button. By clicking on the link, signers can initiate the signing process on either mobile or web platforms, depending on their preference. The journey is designed to be responsive and adaptable for both mobile and web environments. All the possible scenarios are:

Single Signer

For a single signer, a signing URL will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. By clicking the link, they can initiate the signing process. After completion, the signed document will be received through the same communication channel.

Multiple Signer

If there are multiple signers, we will send the signing URL through email, SMS, or WhatsApp based on the chosen signing method (parallel or sequential). Once the signing is done, the signed document will be received using the same communication channel.

Sequential Signing

For sequential signing, the signing URL will be sent to the first signer via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. After the first signer finishes signing, the link will be sent to the second signer using the chosen communication method. This process continues until all signers have completed signing. Once all signers have finished, the final signed agreement will be sent to everyone using the same communication method.

Parallel Signing

For parallel signing, the signing URL will be sent to all signers simultaneously through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Each signer can access the link independently and complete their signing process. Once all signers have finished signing, the final signed agreement will be sent to everyone through the same communication method.
