Role of a Manager

Managers task is simply to over see the performance of the agents assigned to them. From this portal managers can keep track of these three key parameters:

  • Sucessful calls : Number of calls a manager has attended successfully.
  • Failed calls : Number of calls got failed.
  • Missed calls : Number of call the agents missed.

Adding a New Manager

To create a new manager in the portal, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Enter Manager Details:
    • Input the manager's name, email ID, username, password, and phone number.
    • Optionally choose to send the password to the manager's email.
  2. First Time Password Change:
    • Check the box to allow the new manager to set their password on initial login.
  3. Create Manager:
    • Click on the 'Create Manager' button to complete the process.
