Adding a New Agent to the Portal:

To add a new agent to the portal, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Check the 'Do you want to assign a Manager?' checkbox if a manager needs to be assigned to the agent.
    • Select the manager's name from the dropdown that appears when this checkbox is checked.
  2. Enter the agent's details: name, email ID, username, password, and phone number.
    • Opt to send the password to the agent's email. A random password will be generated for login if selected.
  3. Enable the 'First time password change needed for RE Agent?' checkbox for the agent to set their password on first login.
  4. Assign a skill tag to the agent from the dropdown menu.
  5. Provide additional details such as branch, employee code, designation, and remarks for the agent.
  6. Click on the 'Create Agent' button to complete the process.
