Pending
All the applications that are submitted by the onboarding customer after completing all the steps in the journey and signing the contract come under this section. These applications are pending review by the backops user.
When an onboarding customer starts the journey, till the point he has completed all the steps but has not submitted the application; the application is considered to be under 'New' status. The moment the application is submitted, it can be viewed on the backops portal and is under 'Pending' status.
- Search filter: A drop-down menu of search criteria, including Name, Email ID, Application ID, and Merchant ID, can be used to find the application. These filters are configurable using the GO-Admin Backops settings. After applying the search filter, the information can be entered in the search box to find the required application.
- Filter by Flow: To find the onboarded applications, the flow can be chosen from the dropdown menu.
- Sort by: Applications can be sorted by the available sorting criteria from the dropdown.
Note: For VCIP / VV usecases, sometimes the application might take some time to update to the pending bucket, owning to the video size in forensics tab. After the video processing is completed, can the application be considered as pending.
