Here is a brief walkthrough of the homepage of the mobile app:

The bottom bar consists of the following: 1. Home 2. Onboard 3. Applications

Home

This tab directs the user to the homepage of the app, which displays a comprehensive overview of all prospects and applications assigned to them. It also showcases the number of onboardings completed, facilitates quick action on recently interacted applications or prospects, and allows them to view all applications based on their status.

The homepage also has application stage wise counts for direct reference. On tapping the respective bucket, you can view the filtered list of applications of that stage.

Onboard

To start onboarding, users can click the Onboard tab, enter the prospect’s details, select the onboarding flow, and assign a branch. After submitting the form via the New Onboarding button, an autologin link is sent to the prospect via email to begin their onboarding journey.

Applications tab will direct you to the Application list page, covered in the application management section.

The user lands on the dashboard page of the app by default. The dashboard provides a quick and organized view of applications and their statuses. It is divided into three key sections: Overview, Quick Actions, and All Applications. Users can toggle between viewing data for the current month or a custom date range.

There is the option to choose if the details of this month can be seen on the dashboard or a selected date range.

Overview

In this section, the RM gets an overall overview of the applications. Here, details like the number of total applications, incomplete, draft and pending applications can be viewed in one place. The progress between the total target and the target achieved can also be seen.

Take Quick Action

In this section, applications are available to take action on. By clicking on any required application, the user can get the details of the application like application number, name, status, the products the applicant is interested in etc. Customer details like, PAN number, and DOB are also present. The RM can also resume the application by clicking on the 'Resume Application' button.

All Applications

Here the list of all the applications can be seen. It is also segregated into, all, new, pending, draft, pending for signing, drop off, DIY, accept, reject, and inactive applications.

Details like Application number, merchant details, merchant number, date created and status can be seen.

The details of the application can also be viewed, application can be resumed and can be reassigned.

A specific application can be searched by using the search bar and the entire data can also be downloaded.
