The Dashboard in the Transaction Monitoring System is the central hub for users to quickly access key metrics and insights related to transaction activity and case management. It provides a real-time overview of the system’s performance, allowing users to monitor trends, assess risk levels, and manage cases efficiently.
- Risk Level Distribution (First Row):
- The first row of the dashboard displays the count of cases based on their risk level, from the highest risk (e.g., Critical, High) to the lowest (e.g., Medium, Low). This helps prioritize the most severe cases at a glance, while other case counts are shown after the top 3-4 highest risk levels.
- Case Status Overview (Second Row):
- The second row provides a breakdown of case statuses, such as Assigned, Pending, Closed, and Escalated cases. This allows teams to quickly assess how cases are progressing and identify any backlogs or unresolved issues.
- Analytics Overview (Third Row):
- The third row displays transaction analytics over various timeframes, including daily, weekly, and monthly metrics. Alongside this, a pie chart shows the total number of transactions and the number of cases flagged, offering insights into the ratio of flagged transactions versus the total transaction volume.
- User and Rule Performance (Fourth Row):
- The fourth row is split into two sections:
- User Activity: Displays the number of cases assigned to each user, along with the breakdown of cases by risk level (Medium, High, Low). This allows managers to evaluate workload distribution and ensure cases are being handled effectively.
- Rule Performance: Shows which rules have flagged how many cases, helping users assess rule effectiveness and identify any rules that may need adjustment.
- Export and Filtering Options: Users can filter dashboard data by date range, case status, or risk level, and export relevant data for reporting purposes.
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of key activities, enabling users to monitor system health, manage cases efficiently, and optimize team performance.
