With this addition, you now have the ability to streamline and personalize your Backops portal by customizing tabs to align with your unique use cases. By leveraging multiple tabs, you can effectively segregate data from various APIs, resulting in a clutter-free and organized interface that makes it effortless to locate the information you need.
Data posted through the integration tab is now seamlessly available across all merchant data sources, including the pull merchant API. This enhancement significantly improves the ease and efficiency of accessing crucial information. Moreover, MIS reporting becomes even more powerful with real-time access to integrated data, empowering you to generate insightful reports quickly and accurately.

When the system recognizes a user as an existing customer or potential customer of a bank, through the use of deduplication checks, this innovative feature offers the user a comprehensive overview of all their pending applications for previous products and services within the same streamlined process. It presents them with the following choices:
- Resume any of his previous applications from there without the need to start afresh.
- Prefill the data from previous to the new applications.
- Start a new application altogether.

We are delighted to announce an exciting new feature that significantly enhances the flexibility of our system. With the introduction of conditional field editability, our users can now dynamically set fields as editable or non-editable based on specific conditions. This innovative functionality offers a more personalized and user-friendly experience, ensuring a seamless and tailored interaction with our system.
In the past, fields were either fully editable or completely non-editable. This limitation posed challenges in different scenarios, such as when dealing with the back case or when an application is being drafted and the configuration engineer needs to ensure that certain fields remain uneditable during the drafting process.

- Enhanced Rule Engine
- In the past, the rule engine did not allow for editing of configured rules. Users had to delete the entire rule and create a new one, even for minor changes. We have now introduced the ability to 'Edit Rules' within the rule engine. This enhancement has significantly reduced the time and effort required for configuration engineers to make changes, thereby improving overall efficiency.
- We have upgraded our Digilocker widgets which is in line with the most recent updates done by the DigiLocker team which is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY). These upgrades aim at giving our users more control and transparency of the documents they share through Digilocker while completing their onboarding journey on our platform.
- Chips- a new UI element for user selection
- We are thrilled to announce the addition of a new UI element, called "Chips," to enhance user interactions in our frontend application.
- This feature offers a more visually appealing and interactive way for users to make selections, apply filters, and trigger actions.

- Weβve introduced a feature where you can add icons to checkbox options too to give visual appeal to your input elements.

- Corrected a UI issue in backops where if some fields were missing in VKYC callback data, the UI in GO backops was displaying the whole tab blank.
- Fixed a problem where the subflow data- authorized signatory KYC data, was not showing in the backops but was showing in the contract.
- Rectified a UI issue in the front end where a white bar was displayed before the proceed button.
- Resolved a bug where MIS details in the backops were showing incorrect timings for the start and end of the application.
