Our latest addition is a feature that simplifies and enriches the customer onboarding process for users. Users now have the option to onboard via a Web channel, synchronized with their mobile apps. These enhancements streamline the onboarding experience, enhance efficiency, and offer adaptability to meet various customer preferences and working conditions.
- Multiple interfaces for Sales users to onboard customers
- Easily track and update applications
Navigating through applications just got easier, you now have the ability to personalize your Application Queue. This can be done by selecting the specific columns you wish to display and saving your filter preferences accordingly.
This will help,
- Save the preferred view of the Application Queue
- Reduce the hassle of long searches and remembering the filters and statuses to work with.
Now, back-office users have the power to edit specific fields in an application, rectify errors, or make necessary changes in real-time. By empowering back-office users to edit fields, we're slashing TAT, lowering operational costs associated with handling drafts/redo, and making your services more competitive.
This feature is a game-changer, and it sets Signzy GO apart. While others may send applications back for corrections, you're making edits on the fly. This means you can provide quicker services to your customers, and respond to market changes more swiftly.
In the past, BackOps users had to navigate through a sea of data, including fields that were duplicates or irrelevant to their tasks. With our latest update, we've streamlined your workspace by allowing you to tailor the visibility of fields, ensuring you only see what's essential.
Your time is precious, and we want to help you make the most of it. Tailored field visibility in the BackOps portal means less noise and more productivity, allowing you to deliver top-notch service to your clients.
We're thrilled to introduce Configuration Versioning in this release! Now, users can easily publish, restore, and manage configuration versions across different environments, and selectively export and import flows. The versioning is exclusive across environments, and all fields are mandatory for exporting.
This feature helps you,
- Save key milestone versions once fulfilled.
- Easily revert back to the previous version, with ease of a few clicks.
- Ensure the security of configurations and have a backup created for the same.
- Parallel Signing: Contracts can now be sent in parallel, reducing Turnaround Time (TAT) significantly.
- Reminders: Remind users of contracts pending to be signed with customizable reminder frequencies.
- New Provider Alert!: We've partnered with Emudhra for Aadhaar eSign, reducing costs for our clients compared to NSDL. This also ensures a backup to the e-signing service if any one of them goes down.
- Video Verification Checks: Verify customers with an additional video verification check to ensure the correct identity of the signer and further reduce any chances of fraudulent activity.
(The above changes are only applicable in the Contract SDK widget)
- Razorpay
