Definition of infrastructure
- Shared infrastructure: Signzy’s hosted Multi-tenant cloud instances, owned and maintained by Signzy and ready to use. To start using, the Signzy team onboards the client as a tenant and provides credentials to use.
Explanation of Self, Assisted, and Managed
- Self: Using the documentation and the build versions provided by Signzy, clients can deploy the product end-to-end themselves; support from the client's cloud teams or infrastructure teams shall be required. Guidance and support of up to 3 hours are also included.
- Assisted: Signzy shall provide one person during the deployment phase to the client to help understand each and everything, provide a walk-through of how to do it, and hand-hold the client through the entire deployment process. Resource costing shall apply as per the time required to do the deployment.
- Fully Managed: For managed infrastructure, Signzy shall provide qualified personnel to conduct installation and maintenance throughout the contract period and provide diagnosis and infrastructural support. This includes activities like product installation, DR drills, patch application and service restarts, and infrastructure monitoring over time.
Other clarifications
- Signzy shall provide docker images and relevant documentation of deployment in all the cases whether Self, Assisted, or Managed modes are selected.
- Infrastructure sizing and other requirements such as CPU, RAM, Disk, and Network utilization of the products shall be provided and explained to clients for all 3 methods.
- Deployment diagrams and network topology shall also be provided to clients for all cases.
