In this section, the mail sent to the applicant in case of acceptο»Ώ/rejectο»Ώ/draft/redoο»Ώ can be customized. The emails for all these scenarios can be separately configured.

The bucket names can also be customized as required. The accept, reject, draft, escalateο»Ώ, etc statuses can be renamed here. Whether the user prefers to replace "accept" with "approve," "reject" with "decline," or utilize any other terminology. By allowing users to customize the names of application buckets in the back office, the user gets greater flexibility and adaptability to meet their diverse needs. The labels of application buckets can be customized to match the desired terminology that better aligns with the specific organization.

Back Office users will see these customized bucket names in the application queueο»Ώ, dashboardο»Ώ, analytics tabο»Ώ, MIS reports, various buckets, and other relevant sections.
