Use Case of This Journey

It can be helpful in online banking services. When new user visits the website or downloads the mobile app of any Bank/NBFC, they are presented with a homepage that provides an overview of the service and invites them to create an account.

The user is prompted to enter their personal details, such as their name, address, date of birth, contact number, and email ID. Next, the user needs to verify the email and mobile number by entering the OTP sent to them. They may also be required to provide proof of identity, such as a government-issued ID or passport, to ensure the validity of their personal information.

Once the user has provided all the necessary information, the digital onboarding process generates a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the banking service. The user is presented with the contract for review and signature, which can be completed electronically through a secure platform via registered mail.
