The 'Bookmark' feature is designed to help sales representatives manage their prospects and applications more efficiently.

Creating a New Collection

  • To create a new collection, click on the hamburger iconΒ 
  • Select bookmarksΒ 
  • Tap on the 'Create New' button.
  • Enter a name for your new collection in the space provided.
  • Click on the 'Save Collection' button.

Bookmarking a Prospect or Application

  • Once you have created a new collection or chosen an existing one, locate the prospect or application you want to bookmark.
  • Click the bookmark icon on the top left to the prospect or application.
  • A dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose the collection where you want to save the bookmark or create a new collection.
  • Select the collection where you want to save.
  • Click on the 'Plus' button.

Managing Bookmarks

  • To manage your bookmarks, click on the bookmark.
  • You will see all the collections you have created and the bookmarks stored in each.
  • To rename or delete a bookmark, click on the bookmark and select the appropriate option.
