MIS & Analytics

  • Data Additions
    • New Variables have now been added to New MIS, to enable easy filtering of application data
    • The 4 new variables are as follows:
      • Application_Assigned_Name
      • Application_Assigned_Role
      • Application_Assigned_Date
      • Application_Assigned_Manager
    • Provision of these variables now enables Auditors to manage frequent reminders for applications in their buckets
  • Filter & Column Renaming
    • Saving new filters and renaming the columns
    • Import & Export functionality to export these filters & Column Mapping with the click of a button, massively reducing the TAT.
  • Smart Filters
    • Enhanced Filter Recognition: Provision of filters to better recognize numerical and date fields.
    • Dynamic Date Filtering: Fields like “Application_Submit_Date” can now be filtered by “Today”, “Last Day”, “Last 3 Days”, “Last 7 Days”, etc.
    • Improved Scheduling for Auditors: Auditors can now schedule and manage applications pending since the last day.
    • Date & Numeric Field Filtering: Bank users can filter the New MIS Report on fields like “Application Assigned Date” for dynamic reporting.
    • New Use Cases Enabled:
      • Daily Assigned Application Report
      • SLA Breach Application Report

Notifications

Introducing 3 new configurable notifications to remind Auditors & RMs, and help speed up the TAT of processing applications:

  • RM Drafted Application Assignment
    • Currently, RM’s have a requirement to understand the draft reason and re-fill drafted applications without much delay
    • This notification makes sure to remind the RM instantly when an application is drafted along with providing the reason for Draft
  • Application Status Checks
    • In low-volume application branches, there is a need to track each application going through on a frequent basis
    • This notification, when enabled, provides updates anytime application moves from one BO user to another
  • Application Assignment
    • Whenever an application is assigned to a BO Auditor, an e-mail is notified to remind them about the assigned application

Assisted Sales

We are thrilled to introduce the latest enhancements to our Lead Management System (LMS), designed to further streamline and optimize the lead management process for Relationship Managers (RMs).

  • Lead Tagging:
    • Organize and Prioritize Leads: RMs can now tag leads based on priority—Hot, Warm, and Cold—making it easier to focus on the most promising opportunities first.
  • Lead Dashboard:
    • Important Metrics at a Glance: The new dashboard view provides key metrics on leads, offering RMs a comprehensive overview to track progress and performance.
  • Additional data input support for leads:
    • Enhanced Lead Details: RMs can now enter additional data fields for leads, enabling better prioritization and more detailed tracking within the leads list.
  • Lead Conversion to Application:
    • Seamless Conversion: Leads can now be directly converted to applications on the web app, simplifying the transition from prospect to customer and streamlining the onboarding process.


Major Bug Fixes

  • Forensic Images Rendering: Resolved image rendering issues to ensure all forensic images display correctly.
  • GO Variables Update: Changes to GO variables now accurately reflect in the MIS Column Renaming tab.
  • Flow Variables Display: Fixed the bug to ensure all submitted flow variables are visible in the Column Renaming section.
  • API Trigger Button: Fixed unresponsiveness in the API trigger button for smooth journey operation.
  • VKYC Data Visibility: Corrected the issue to make VKYC data visible on back office.
  • iOS Input Field Zoom: Fixed input field behavior to prevent auto-zoom on iOS devices.
