PIVC(Pre-Issuance Verification Call) facilitates accurate insurance verification, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

How it Works
The merchant who is buying insurance chooses the policy and an application ID is generated for that. These are used in a variable to pass to the PIVC API to get the script for them to speak during the PIVC call.
He/She starts reading out the sentence given the in PIVC
The script is then matched with what is written on the screen and a match score is generated and the data is sent to us.
Configuration
Go to the PIVC widget under the Pages﻿ tab.
The below screen appears.

Click on the 'General Settings' option

Consent Form Text: The text that will be read out by the merchant for consent is entered here.
Select page for face match image: The page from which the image will be taken for face match with the PIVC video is selected here.
Image variable for face match: The image variable present in the page chosen above for face match is selected here.
Hide Signzy Logo: Enabling this toggle will hide the Signzy logo from the front end journey during PIVC.
Recording duration: The duration of the call recording can be configured here. (in seconds, 12 by default)
Accent Colour: The accent colour for the call is configured here.

After filling out all the fields, click on 'Done'
