every widget has the option to make some advanced settings that can be done by clicking on the 'advanced settings' button hidden widget this is used to hide a widget chosen by the onboarding user in the previous stages of the journey this prevents repetitive submission of the same document(s) within the onboarding journey configuration select the 'hidden widget' option, a dropdown containing all the widgets appears on the screen for configuration the widget that has to be hidden can be selected from this dropdown add distance checker distance checker is used to calculate the distance between the current location of the onboarding customer and the address appearing on any document submitted by the user during the onboarding configuration the distance checker can be used in two scenarios any page in the journey, for example, forms v2 vcip page page select the 'add distance checker' option from 'advanced settings' enable the 'add distance checker' toggle in the 'enter address variable' textbox, enter the variable of the element where the address of the merchant is present in the 'enter distance variable' enter a random variable(give a variable name for the distance between the actual location and the address given by the merchant) that will be displayed on the back office portal the location(latitude and longitude) from where the merchant is completing the onboarding journey is captured on page submission the distance between the captured location and the address submitted by the merchant during the journey(captured by the address variable) is calculated by the distance checker this data can be seen in the form data section of the back office portal(the field name will be the variable entered in the'enter distance variable' option) vcip select the 'add distance checker' option from 'advanced settings' enable the 'add distance checker' toggle noting needs to be entered in the 'enter address variable' and the 'enter distance variable' textboxes the location(latitude and longitude) from where the merchant is completing the onboarding journey is captured on vkyc callback the distance between the captured location and the address submitted by the merchant during the journey is calculated by the distance checker this data can be seen in the form data and the forensics section of the back office portal(the field name will be the variable entered in the 'enter distance variable' option in the any other page) configure error messages this is used to configure an error message (api error) for the data document widgets in case the api response throws an error (note in the case of forms v2, it works for internal go apis only and not for custom apis which are configured in the custom integration element) configuration select the 'configure error messages' option, enter the error message to be displayed on the screen in case of any api error in the specified textbox, and click on 'add' additional settings under additional settings, document expiry (in days) is defined for the offline aadhaar document submitted during the onboarding journey configuration select the 'additional settings' option, enter the value for the number of days after which the document will expire in the 'document expiry in days' field(the side arrows can also be used to increase or decrease the value in the field), and click on 'add' auto redirect settings if the user needs to be redirected to the next page automatically, after a certain period, this configuration can be done from 'auto redirect settings' configuration select the 'auto redirect settings' option turn the 'enable auto redirect' toggle on enter the time after which the user will be redirected to the next page in the 'redirect time in seconds' field enter a 'redirect message' that will appear on the screen before redirection (note use "{countdowntimer}" in the message to add countdown time in seconds max 80 characters are allowed ) enter the url of the page where the user will be redirected in the 'redirect url' field enable the 'hide close icon' toggle if you want to hide the close icon on the redirection message add html template this is used to convert the page/widget to an entirely custom html page after choosing this option, a basic html editor is opened where the html code for the page can be added configuration select the 'add html template' option, a box appears on the screen for configuration, where there are options to either configure the page using the editor in a simple text which gets converted into html, or by using basic html there is also the provision for previewing the html code pasted/written, which will be visible on the final screen, in the preview tab getting help please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, require clarification, or have ideas for how to make the documents or any of our services better you can reach out to us at help\@signzy com
