- Adjustable Video Quality for Lag-Free Calls: This setting ensures a lag-free performance during live VCIP sessions and recordings, ensuring a good quality audio-video, especially on low-end devices with i3 processors, limited GPU, and low RAM. We can do this by configuring:
- Recording Resolution: We have configurable recording resolution options ranging from 240p to 720p, allowing admins to set the optimal resolution. However, our recommended configuration is 320p, which balances video quality and call performance effectively.
- Frame Rate Interval: Additionally, frame rate settings can be adjusted according to requirements, with a recommended setting of 50fps to ensure smooth video recording. This provides admins with greater control over the configuration. This provide a seamless and high-quality video KYC experience, improving both customer satisfaction and agent efficiency while maintaining optimal call performance.
