This form is intended for agents to offer feedback following its completion, irrespective of the outcome of the call. Agents are required to fill out this form, providing their opinions on the questions configured by the bank admins.

- Multi-Select Dropdown
Multi-select drop-down is used when agent needs to select multiple options.

- Dropdown
A dropdown menu allows agents to select any options from a list of provided options.

- Input Text
The "Input Text" field allows agents to provide concise feedback in a single line.
- Text Area
Text area is a larger space for agents to write detailed feedback.

A numeric element allows agents to input only numerical data
