Business Verification US - Document Fetch

Overview & Purpose
The business verification API offers a robust solution for accessing business information in the United States. Designed to streamline processes related to company onboarding, verification, and detailed data retrieval, they cater to a variety of use cases, from initial setup to in-depth business intelligence.
It's important to highlight that the greater the amount of detailed information a client provides about their business, the more confidence Signzy will have in the generated report. Signzy upholds stringent data quality standards and adheres to principles of data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
After creating a business, Signzy immediately begins searching for business records based on the information provided. Once a business is created and Signzy returns results, the business review tasks will highlight insights about the data to easily decisions and automate the results.

The Business Verification helps to retrieve the core details about any registered business entity. The package bundles together the following reports:
Report
Description
Name / TIN Verification
Verifies that the submitted Business name and Tax ID combination match.
Secretary of State Filing Retrieval
Searches all 50 Secretary of States and D.C. to uncover state registrations and the "footprint" of a Business. Based on state availability, each record may provide a rich dataset including entity name, registration date, entity type, registered addresses, and corporate officers.
Detailed Address Analysis
Aggregates all known addresses retrieved from both state filings and web presence, displaying them with both street and satellite images. Assesses deliverability and type (eg, P.O. Box, commercial, residential) of each address.
Business Names
Collection of all developed business names linked to a business with a matching of the submitted name.
Officers
All listed officers found in the business Secretary of State Filings with associated roles.
Web Presence / Validation
Searches for Business across popular search engines to display the most relevant results and all social profiles. Validates submitted web addresses to extract relevant business details.
Consolidated OFAC Screening
Searches government watchlists to determine Business sanctions status, applying advanced matching logic to reduce false positives.
Profiles
Searches for the business on various websites to find the company's online presence. Currently, only Facebook and Google Places are supported.
Tasks
A detailed summary of all searches, flagging risk factors based on results across screenings and developed entity information.

The Business Report API is a straightforward tool designed to provide you with essential insights into any company. It consolidates information into a comprehensive PDF document, simplifying the process of understanding a business. Below is a guide to what you can expect from the reports generated by our API.
1. Company Snapshot:
Company Name: Obtain the official name of the business entity.
Address: Access the registered business address for correspondence and validation.
Status: Instantly determine the current status of the business – active, inactive, or other.
2. Watchlist Hits:
Alerts: Stay informed about any matches found on watchlists, providing insights into potential risks or concerns.
3. SOS Filings:
Filing Status: Gain insights into the filing status, whether successful, partially inactive, or encountering issues.

Business Report  Generation Time (business report):-
It can take up to 30 min to 4 hrs to generate a Business Report. We recommend providing the webhook in the input parameter so that when the complete response is ready it will be posted in the webhook automatically.

Meanwhile, the intermittent response will be available in the retrieve business API.

Name / TIN Verification	Verifies that the submitted Business name and Tax ID combination match.
Secretary of State Filing Retrieval	Searches all 50 Secretary of States and D.C. to uncover state registrations and the "footprint" of a Business. Based on state availability, each record may provide a rich dataset including entity name, registration date, entity type, registered addresses, and corporate officers.
Detailed Address Analysis	Aggregates all known addresses retrieved from both state filings and web presence, displaying them with both street and satellite images. Assesses deliverability and type (eg, P.O. Box, commercial, residential) of each address.
Business Names	Collection of all developed business names linked to a business with a matching of the submitted name.
Officers	All listed officers found in the business Secretary of State Filings with associated roles.
Web Presence / Validation	Searches for Business across popular search engines to display the most relevant results and all social profiles. Validates submitted web addresses to extract relevant business details.
Consolidated OFAC Screening	Searches government watchlists to determine Business sanctions status, applying advanced matching logic to reduce false positives.
Profiles	Searches for the business on various websites to find the company's online presence. Currently, only Facebook and Google Places are supported.
Tasks	A detailed summary of all searches, flagging risk factors based on results across screenings and developed entity information.
