Checkpoints

The NCO Orchestrator can integrate webhooks directly into each API response, enabling the updating of the cache or database with the information obtained from each API response. Furthermore, it supports the implementation of multiple checkpoints at different stages of the journey to store data from various APIs in the database. As explained in the below diagram, checkpoints can be established for verification rules, AI rules, and other bank rules. This data can be persisted using a unique identifier assigned to each customer or journey.

During the orchestration process, several checkpoints can be implemented to ensure smooth progression. These checkpoints can take the form of various rules, including verification rules, validation rules, AI rules, and other specific rules tailored to the partner's requirements.

Verification Rules:

These checkpoints come into play when verification of customer identity or documents is required. Verification rules enable real-time verification of customers during their journey, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of provided information.

Validation Rules:

Validation rules are essential in a journey as they ensure that inputs meet specific criteria, maintaining data integrity, enforcing logic, enabling personalization, and safeguarding against risks. These rules act as checkpoints, verifying inputs, validating steps, adapting content, and enforcing security measures.

AI Rules:

This checkpoint is of utmost importance, as it empowers partners to leverage AI-driven rules. Artificial Intelligence plays a significant role in validation processes, and the no-code API has the capability to incorporate AI-based checks. This can involve document matching, location tagging, or other forensic analyses, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the journey.

Other Specific Rules:

In addition to the mentioned rules, the platform allows the creation of specific or standard checks as per the partner's requirements. The flexibility of the platform enables the configuration of rules based on scores, logic, matches, or other parameters. Once configured, the platform intelligently performs the checks and makes decisions accordingly, enhancing the overall journey experience.

These checkpoints provide the necessary guardrails and decision-making mechanisms throughout the journey, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a personalized experience for users.
