MIS on Email Configuration

MIS Report Email Configuration is used to schedule the MIS report that can be sent to the email directly. There is also the option to edit as well as delete the existing email schedule(s). The existing schedules status can also be changed from active to inactive and vice versa if the recipient(s) no longer want to receive the report or want to stop the MIS report mail for a certain time without deleting it.

Create New MIS Report Email Schedule

  1. Click on the 'Create New' option.
  2. Select the flow for which the report has to be mailed from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the filter.
  4. Add the email id(s) on which the report has to be sent.
  5. Enter a name for the report.
  6. Select the frequency according to which the email will be sent, viz, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, from the dropdown menu.
  7. Click on the 'Create' button.
