Auto-Reassignment

This defines the configuration and activation of automatic reassignmentο»Ώ on the basis of levelsο»Ώ.

  • Auto-Reassignment: This toggle helps to enable the automatic reassignment of applications.
    • Pending Time: The time period(in hours) after which the application will be reassigned is configured here.
    • Levels: The level to which the application will be reassigned is selected here from the drop-down.

Application Inactivation SettingsΒ 

This defines the period after which an application goes into the inactiveο»Ώ bucket in the back office.

  • Enable automatic inactivation of applications: Whether the application will be automatically inactive or not can be enabled/disabled using this toggle. (The applications that are in newο»Ώ status go to the inactive bucket on enabling this toggle.)
  • Inactivation period: The period of inactivity after which the application will become inactive is configured here.
  • Reminder period: The reminder period(the period in which the reminder notification will be sent to the applicant to complete the journey) before inactivation is configured here.
  • Allow pending applications to become inactive: This toggle can be enabled only when the 'Enable automatic inactivation of application' toggle is enabled. It allows the application in pendingο»Ώ status to go to the inactive bucket.
