Contract 360 is a powerful and flexible digital signing solution designed to streamline the contract signing process for businesses. With features like document creation, eStamping, multi-signature workflows, and audit trail generation, Contract 360 ensures a seamless, efficient, and compliant experience for both integrators and end users.

Key Features of Contract 360

Document Creation

  • Template-Based Creation:
    • Upload and configure templates in HTML, DOCX, or editable PDF formats.
    • Use the template engine to dynamically populate details like customer name, DOB, and more.
  • Custom PDF Upload:
    • Upload a custom PDF or use PDFBase64 for signing.

eStamping (Optional)

  • Insert eStamps automatically into the generated PDF.
  • Stamp details include:
    • Party names (First and Second Party)
    • Stamp duty amount and purpose
    • Article codes and consideration price
  • Stamps are legally validated and integrated on all pages of the document.

Signature Types

  • Clickwrap Signature: Simple β€œAgree” or β€œAccept” option.

Contract Signing Journey

  1. Initiation: β€’ Admin or user selects a template and configures the signers.
  2. Document Generation: β€’ The template is populated with dynamic data.
  3. Sharing and Signing: β€’ The generated contract is displayed on the integrator’s app or shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp. β€’ Signatories complete the signing process using their preferred method.
