Dormancy is a state of rest or inactivity; inoperative. If dormancy is enabled, and the user has not logged in for the specified number of days then the login credentials of that user will be automatically deactivated.

 user will have to activate the credentials of the user by using the back office portal. 

There is an option to configure whether dormancy has to be enabled for the back office user, and if the dormancy is enabled then, the dormancy period(in days) can also be entered.
