Streamlined Query Performance and Enhanced System Updates!

We're excited to inform you that we've recently made significant improvements to our system to address the slowdown in query performance that some of our users experienced. Our team has been hard at work optimizing the existing infrastructure to ensure faster and more reliable access, especially when using complex filters such as those in the backops integration tab and backops distributor settings.

Optimized Query Performance

Our team has successfully optimized the underlying queries that power our system. This means quicker response times and less waiting for you. These optimizations are designed to handle high loads and complex data requests more efficiently.

Advanced Filtering System

The newly implemented advanced filtering system is tailored to better manage the complexities of modern data handling. This upgrade has significantly boosted performance and reduced response times across several critical components of our platform. Key areas benefiting from these enhancements include:

  • Backops Integration Page: Enhanced speed and smoother integration processes due to optimized filtering mechanisms.
  • Distributor Settings: Improved navigation and settings adjustments, enabling quicker setups and modifications.
  • Pending Tab: Faster loading and processing of pending transactions or tasks with more refined filter options.
  • Filters in All Status for Merchants: Expanded filtering capabilities that allow for more detailed and specific queries, enhancing usability for merchant management.

Exciting Developments in Our EZKRA!

We are thrilled to share some exciting developments in our EZKRA product, a cutting-edge solution designed to simplify and streamline your KYC processes seamlessly. EZKRA serves as a plug-and-play KYC handler that can be integrated into any onboarding system, offering the capability to push data to multiple KRAs (KYC Registration Agencies) such as CVL, CAMS, and KARVY, and manage automatic switches between them as needed.

The EZKRA enables clients to submit complete KYC data to a KRA of their choice, with an easily integrable API utility. Clients can define and design the customer journey workflow for onboarding. The complete dataset required for KYC verification is collected by the clients and then pushed to the respective KRA using our robust EZKRA API. Additionally, our multi-KRA system allows clients to set up to three KRAs based on priority levels (First, Second, and Third), ensuring continuous service availability and redundancy.

  • Optimized KYC Process:

We've significantly improved the CVL KRA KYC process, reducing the failure rate from 20% to just 2% over the last two months. This enhancement boosts the reliability and efficiency of our system, ensuring faster processing times and fewer disruptions.

  • Enhanced File Transfer System:

To address uptime criticality, we have upgraded our file transfer protocols to handle CVL KRA downtime issues more effectively. This upgrade increases the success rate of file transfers to CVL KRA servers, even during peak periods.

  • Smart Re-push Onboarding:

A new smart re-push mechanism has been implemented to enhance the success of our onboarding process. This system intelligently retries submissions with dynamic delay periods, improving the accuracy and reliability of the onboarding push.

  • Customizable Delay Settings:

We introduced customizable delay settings in our pushing process to KRA, starting with a default delay of 5 minutes. This delay can now be adjusted via our push creds API, ranging from immediate to up to three hours, which is particularly useful during known KRA downtime.

  • Enhanced KRA Response Tracking:

The new KRA response history field captures all recent output for an onboarding ID, providing a clearer overview of the current status. We store an array of past responses, facilitating better tracking and analysis of repushes and auto retries.

  • Improved Submission Verification:

We now actively monitor CVL form submission success to ensure that KYC documents are promptly pushed to SFTP if the form is submitted correctly. This measure helps prevent delays and errors in the document submission process.

  • KYC Mode Auto-Check:

Our system now automatically checks the KYC mode to distinguish between new KYC applications and modifications, reducing errors related to KYC modes in CVL and enhancing the accuracy of our submissions.
