Who are the Prospects?

Prospects typically refer to a potential customer who has shown interest in a bank's products or services, also popularly referred to as leads. They may have provided their contact information, inquired about a product, or initiated an application process, among other actions that indicate potential interest in becoming a customer.

The prospects are then passed on to the sales representative by the admin, who then works on converting these prospects into actual customers.

How to Manage Prospects?

This app has a Prospect Bucket designed to help sales representatives manage prospects and convert them into merchants.

The Prospect Bucket allows sales representatives to manage a list of prospects assigned to them. Each prospect has the potential to become a merchant, and the bucket displays their details such as name, phone number, email ID, and the product they are interested in.

View Details of the Prospects

  • Click on the 'View Details' button on the prospect's card to get more information about the product they are interested in.
  • This information can help sales representatives tailor the pitch to the prospect and increase their chances of converting them into a merchant.

Swipe and Connect

  • Swipe the prospect's card to the right to call them or slide it to the left to schedule a meeting.
  • Choose the date and time that works best for you and the prospect, and then confirm the meeting.

Onboarding a Prospect

  • This purpose of this feature is to onboard a prospect as a customer.
  • Simply click on the prospect's card in the Prospect Bucket, and then click on the 'Onboard' button.
  • This will take you to an onboarding form where the prospect's name, phone number, and email ID will already be prefilled.
  • Select the onboarding flow from the drop-down list, choose the branch, and then click on the 'Create Onboarding' button.
  • This will generate an onboarding link that will be sent to the prospect's email ID.
