Pages
Pages are similar to what we see as steps in an account opening form, which has several pages where customers fill out their information manually. Then they attach supporting documents, like proof of identity, proof of address etc.
Similarly, in the GO Journey Builder, the user can create pages to collect data from end-users. These pages are highly configurable as per user requirements, and this is done with the help of multiple widgets. Basically each widget can be thought of as a page.
A new page can be created by simply clicking on the 'Create new page' icon in the pages tab.
After creating a new page we need to select the country for which we want to create an onboarding journey.
Different countries have unique regulatory requirements, cultural norms, and legal frameworks that impact the onboarding process. These factors can affect the types of documentation and information that are required, as well as the procedures that must be followed to verify a customer's identity.Β
Therefore, financial institutions must tailor their onboarding processes to meet the specific requirements and expectations of each country in which they operate.
Our journey builder currently supports seven countries.
- India
- United States
- Brazil
- Russia
- Canada
- UAE
- MalaysiaΒ Β

Enter the name of the page. There are three constraints for naming a page.
- The name shall not contain any special characters.
- No space should be there at the end of the page name.
- The page name should have more than two characters.
Page customization starts with creating screens with the help of available widgets. Each screen type is designed to meet the specific requirements of a particular user. There are several widget types available:
Each widget comprises of elements. We can customize different screen types available with the help of customization elements for each widget type, but some elements are common for all widget types.

B: The page header to be displayed on the page.
C: The description of the page can be added here.
D: A progress bar displays the percentage of completion for an onboarding process
E: Additional information which further describes the page can be added, like the information about the next page and the previous page.
F: A header image can be uploaded on the top of the page to make it more interactive. It only accepts files in the .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif formats.
G: By clicking the toggle, a help section can be enabled on the page.
H: If this toggle is enabled then it makes sure to notify if VPN is enabled.
I: If we have created a subpage for the page, then enabling this toggle can help to trigger that subpage in this particular page, either at the time of load or at the time of submission.
