Notifications
The RM app has both in-app and pop-up notifications so that they can stay updated on the go, receiving important alerts instantly, without the need for constant logins. This feature empowers the team to respond promptly to critical updates, improving their efficiency and responsiveness and end-user experience

- The RMs now do not need to call the bank personnel to get updates
The RM can see the number of new notifications on the application icon on the mobile home screen and also on the bell icon on the top right corner of the application when it is opened.
They get the notification on the notification bar of the mobile device and when the app is in use the notification pops up on the top of the screen.
