Lead Profiling and Status
Within the Signzy system, leads introduced to the platform are assigned different statuses based on their progress in the sales cycle.
The first status, 'Open', indicates that the lead is ready to be worked upon and is actively being pursued by the sales team. This is the initial stage of the sales cycle and signifies that the lead has shown interest in the product or service offered by Signzy.
When a lead successfully completes the sales cycle and is converted to a merchant, the status changes to 'Converted'. This means that the lead has been successfully onboarded and is now a customer of Signzy.
On the other hand, when a lead is marked as 'Closed', it indicates that the sales cycle has ended without the lead being converted to a merchant. This can happen due to a variety of reasons, such as the lead not meeting the eligibility criteria or choosing to opt out of the sales process.
Finally, if a lead is marked as 'Unqualified', it means that they are either uninterested in the product or service offered by Signzy or have been identified as a poor fit for the product. This could happen if the lead has been mistakenly tagged for the wrong product, or if they have explicitly expressed disinterest in the offering.
Assigning these different statuses to leads, helps the sales team to keep track of the progress of each lead and optimize their sales strategy accordingly.
