This section broadly gives information about the targets of the RM and the incentives that he/she has made.  The details about assets to target ratio, deals closed, number of prospects and pending follow-ups can be seen.

There is a separate section where the list of tasks can be seen for reference and to keep the RM on track.

The graph on performance trends shows the comparative data of the user's performance and the average performance of others over the months.

The incentives can also be tracked and the data on target completion and the pending targets can be viewed.

**Note:** To unlock this dashboard permission from the account manager is required.
