An image carousel is a container (slideshow) of images or info that users can select by clicking a button that directs them forward or backward in the slideshow. An image carousel makes a website more interactive by enhancing the user experience.

Field Details

  • Upload Image: Images to be displayed in the carousel can be uploaded here. It is recommended to upload the images of same dimension. By default, two slides are present in the element to upload the images. More slides can be added by selecting the 'Add Slide' option. (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif and .svg format are supported)
  • Image Resizing: These are resizing options such as Fill to Canvas, Fit to Canvas, and Max Canvas.

Toggle Buttons

  • Hide Navigation Arrows: This toggle when enabled hides the navigation arrows of the image carousel.
  • Loop Slides: The slides will change in a loop(the slides will restart from the first slide once the slides reach the end) on turning on this toggle.
  • Enable auto-play slides: the slides will play/advance automatically if this toggle is enabled. The duration for which each slide will be displayed before changing to the next slide can also be configured here by entering the slide duration in milliseconds.
