### Export Flow

Export collections are used when we need to export [flow](docId\:AQagtpv2VZxenbXphAHku) from one environment to another. For example, we can use this, if we need to export a flow from pre-production to the production realm.

**Note:** Export of the flow will support [pages](docId\:Xsd0mEIC4aAdzdDTKedsy), [rules](docId\:W14dndakkuaainsBYgaVG), and [conditions](docId\:SdQSrNWDMZ5FwEA7TBPcK). [Subflows](docId\:beXBMlr7OCy7VPthk5xjN) in them are not supported in this export.

### Import Flow

After exporting the flow, the authorized person(s) gets the URL. Then that URL is used to import the flow to the desired realm.

**Note: **Flow-based movement can only be done across different environments.
