This section offers configuration options for the [FAQ](docId\:akZ18jf_MBADMUTe5Uq9C) section within the [RM app](docId\:XgvoksasBVnyeZTi0NuRi). By enabling the 'Enable FAQ' [toggle](docId\:w9noMHQ7T3hzDtdyPdJv1), users can conveniently access the FAQ section directly from the app. The FAQs can be easily added by uploading a CSV file. This file can either be a default FAQ file or a custom FAQ file tailored to specific needs. To ensure the correct format, users can download a sample CSV file as a reference before uploading their own FAQ data.
