Custom backops form is used to create a form that appears on the side of the screen for different statuses, [escalate](docId\:zhPpOTTvuMsdqnuRqU8OK), [accept](docId\:cMq2uiTeKos81KHCHp1vw), [reject](docId\:KPjLbXKDjLzHyQ24p4mtE), [draft](docId\:YGTIYaSStG3Veq6Y0kJ61), [handoff](docId:07W9kmyCU35nw-_mcZXXW) as well as for [internal notes](docId\:XF0u527lDukTLB9Ys_4zW). 

Here, we can create a setting, add the setting name, and select a flow. In 'Select Flow', you can select all [flows](docId\:AQagtpv2VZxenbXphAHku) or specific flows to create a setting.

It can be customized whether a form is required for a certain status or not by selecting the Yes/No radio button. If a form is required then its template can be configured by adding various [elements](docId\:kIm7hBeXuaJGClwfjUfix). This created template can be copied as well as pasted for other statuses.
